Balance, Top-ups, and Ledger
Understand available credits, top-ups, balance changes, and invoices.
Open Billing to review the available balance and the payment options currently enabled for your account.
Balance terms
- Standard balance: credits received from paid top-ups or adjustments.
- Gift balance: promotional credits, consumed before the standard balance.
- Frozen: a temporary reservation for in-flight requests.
- Available balance: standard balance plus gift balance minus frozen credits.
- Credit limit: additional approved usage available after the standard balance is exhausted.
Frozen credits are not final ledger entries. They are released or replaced by one settled charge when the request completes.
Records
The billing area provides top-up records, billing address, and invoice records when available. Balance Details lists terminal credit changes such as top-ups, gifts, adjustments, model usage, and referral rewards.
Payment methods, packages, and invoice availability can vary. Use the options currently shown in the console as the source of truth.
