Acceptable Use Policy

Safety and conduct requirements for using our AI model gateway and APIs.

Last updated: September 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of the platform. Please read them carefully and retain a copy for your records.

1. General requirements

Use the Services lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these rules, the Terms of Service, and restrictions imposed by the model provider you select. You are responsible for your users, applications, prompts, outputs, and any actions taken from them.

2. Illegal activity and rights violations

You may not use the Services to facilitate illegal activity; exploit, abuse, or endanger people; infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights; traffic controlled goods; or create content whose possession or distribution is unlawful.

3. Security abuse

You may not distribute malware, steal credentials, conduct unauthorized access or surveillance, disrupt systems, evade security controls, perform abusive scanning, or generate phishing, spam, or deceptive traffic. Legitimate defensive security testing must be authorized and scoped to systems you own or have permission to test.

4. Harmful and high-impact uses

You may not use the Services to promote violence, self-harm, sexual exploitation, hateful abuse, or targeted harassment. Do not make fully automated decisions in high-impact areas such as employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, legal services, or healthcare without appropriate authority, qualified human review, testing, and legally required safeguards.

5. Deception and impersonation

You may not misrepresent AI output as human-generated where disclosure is required, impersonate others without authorization, manipulate civic processes, create fraudulent reviews or documents, or deceive people for financial or material gain. Synthetic media must be labeled where required by law or context.

6. Platform and provider integrity

You may not bypass rate limits, usage controls, geographic restrictions, safety systems, or access controls; resell access contrary to your plan; benchmark or extract protected model behavior where prohibited; or place unreasonable load on the platform. Do not share API keys publicly or use one account to conceal another user's activity.

7. Monitoring and enforcement

We may use automated and manual measures to detect abuse and investigate credible reports while applying our Privacy Policy. We may limit, block, or suspend requests or accounts, preserve relevant records, and report conduct where required by law. Enforcement considers severity, recurrence, intent, and risk.

8. Reporting concerns

Report suspected abuse through the support channel shown on the website and include relevant request identifiers without sending unnecessary sensitive content. If you believe enforcement was mistaken, you may request review through the same channel. Immediate threats should be reported to the appropriate local emergency service.
