Terms of Service

The rules that govern access to and use of our AI model gateway and related services.

Last updated: September 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of the platform. Please read them carefully and retain a copy for your records.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, obtaining an API key, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and, if acting for an organization, authorized to bind it. You may not use the Services if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding credentials and API keys. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may impose reasonable technical limits to protect the Services and other users.

3. Services and third-party models

The platform provides normalized access to AI models operated by us or third-party providers. Model availability, capabilities, outputs, latency, and provider terms may change. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or harmful; you are responsible for evaluating outputs and must not rely on them as a substitute for professional advice or human review where material decisions are involved.

4. Fees, credits, and taxes

Usage is charged according to the prices shown when you use the Services. Charges may vary by model, provider, modality, or usage component. You authorize us to deduct charges from your available balance. You are responsible for applicable taxes, excluding taxes on our income. Promotional or bonus credits may expire and are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

5. Your content and data

You retain ownership of prompts, inputs, and other content you submit, subject to any rights held by others. You grant us the limited rights necessary to transmit, process, store, and secure that content to provide the Services. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for your content and instructions. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. You may not interfere with the Services, bypass safeguards or limits, misuse third-party models, or use the Services to violate another person's rights. Additional provider-specific restrictions may apply to particular models.

7. Suspension, changes, and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, nonpayment, legal requirements, policy violations, or harm to the Services or others. We may modify or discontinue features and will provide notice of material adverse changes when reasonably practicable.

8. Disclaimers, liability, and disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the platform operator is established, and disputes will be brought in the competent courts there unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Contact support first so we can try to resolve concerns informally.
